Protection of personal data, Emaar Libadiye Gayrimenkul Gelişim A.Ş. (Referred to as “Company” and/or “Emaar Turkey”) is of great sensitivity and is among the priorities of our Company. As a company, we not only evaluate the protection and processing of personal data, which is the basis of privacy, in order to comply with the legislation, but also put forward our view on people and human values as the basis of our approach. With this awareness, as the Company, we take all administrative and technical measures to protect and process personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”). With this Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy (“Policy”), to make statements about the personal data processing activities carried out by Emaar Turkey in accordance with the law and purpose and the systems adopted for the protection of personal data, to determine which data are personal data and which personal data are determined by Emaar Turkey. To make detailed explanations about the administrative and technical measures taken regarding the protection of personal data, the processing and preservation of personal data, the enlightenment and informing of personal data owners, and the transfer and protection of personal data to third parties, in this context, to provide detailed explanations to our employee candidates, company shareholders, company officials, visitors and suppliers. It has been prepared to inform our officials and employees, our business partners’ officials and employees, our customers, potential customers, website visitors and other third parties, and to ensure transparency and auditability in this context.
