MOCHIKO

Mochiko is a Turkish brand that pairs mochi, a centuries-old Japanese dessert, with ice cream. Founded in Antalya in 2021 by an entrepreneur who discovered mochi in Los Angeles in 2019, the brand set out to make mochi ice cream, a scoop of ice cream wrapped in soft, chewy rice dough, a popular treat across Türkiye. In addition to its branches in Kadıköy, Bodrum, Datça and Manavgat, Mochiko serves guests at Emaar Square Mall.
