The Levant Tahinier is the world's first tahini boutique, bringing the elegance of French pâtisserie together with the deep-rooted flavours of Levantine cuisine. Made in its own facility in Istanbul from sesame grown in Manavgat, Fethiye, Köyceğiz and Gökova, tahini is interpreted here in fifty different flavours; it stops being an ingredient and becomes an experience in itself. The brand opened its first boutique in 2021 at Fişekhane in Istanbul and its second at Emaar Square Mall.
