Baydöner is an İzmir-based restaurant chain that has brought iskender to every corner of Türkiye. Founded in 2007, the brand today serves guests in more than 170 restaurants across 25 provinces and ranks among the most preferred restaurant chains in shopping malls. Its meat products are made from halal-certified meat sourced from domestic producers, and the brand works with ISO 22000 certified suppliers.

The menu at Baydöner in Emaar Square Mall centres on iskender, prepared with crispy pide, döner, tomato sauce and pure butter. Alongside the classic İskender there are variations such as 1.5 İskender, Etibol 1.5 İskender, Atom İskender, İskender with yoghurt and roasted aubergine, and İskender with fries. Çökertme Döner, lentil soup and halloumi salad complete the menu, and there is a children's Çökertme Döner as well. For dessert, künefe, baked rice pudding and soufflé are available.
