We started our activities in 1996 in order to introduce the delicious dishes of Kayseri. We took the first steps of the flavour tradition of Kayseri Cuisine with the power and experience of our skilled chefs. We now offer our customers the most delicious dishes of Kayseri with 18 points, including our new branches, in 5 provinces. In each of our branches, we serve with a head chef, four chefs and friendly staff. We preserve the original flavours of Kayseri's exquisite cuisine and blend the flavour with the traditional spirit of the city. We respond to the growing demand with a strong menu from the flavour legend of Kayseri Meat Pasty to Yaglama, from the eggplant casserole, which is the favourite dish of craftsmen of old times, to the stuffed grape leaves, we are gaining and growing together with our business partners.
